We recently returned from a 5-week vacation to Utah and California. The kids had soooo much fun hanging out, doing touristy stuff, and of course spending tons of time with friends and family! The prospect of blogging our adventures is a little overwhelming since I took just under 1,000 pictures on the trip (seriously), but I'm going to try. Here's week 1, our trip to Utah!
The kids loved playing in the backyard at Grandpa and Grandma's house. Sunshine!!!!!
Monday we went downtown to the Children's Museum.
Then we walked over to City Creek Mall and the kids played in the fountain.
And we went to Temple Square....
We got together with lots of old friends! Love having in-laws that live in Utah. We get to see so many people!
On Friday James took the kids hiking and fishing.
We also went to Blickenstaff's, an amazing toy and candy store in Orem. I got giant Smarties and I was super happy!
Blickenstaff's was so amazing. When we left, Kenley turned around to gaze at it one more time and said happily, "They should call that store 'A Child's Dream' instead." :)

A) Those children's museum pics are super cute!
B) Thought the Smarties was a pregnancy test, again!
Looks like Utah was so fun. Can't wait to see the pics of California.
You forgot about the RSL game! Also, how did you manage to get through the Utah post without any mention of your awesome in laws? Particularly the ones that went to Blickenstaffs with you... hehe :-D
