Last week in town

We spent our last week at my mom and Kirk's house. Because of a lot of summer chaos and craziness, we didn't get to see them as much as we would have liked, but we did manage to squeeze in some picnics, cuddling, eating, and playing with baby Watson. The kids even ran their first race!

All in all, our trip was amazing. We got to see almost all of our friends, and spent so much time with family. Of course there's stuff we didn't get to do and people we didn't get to see, but my friends and family in California are FOREVER, so there's always next time! Thank you to everyone who made the effort to see us, feed us, host us, all of it! It was the trip of a lifetime!
