Legoland, Day 2

For our second day at Legoland, we planned to do the aquarium in the morning, and then head over to the water park once the marine layer burned off and we saw some sun. Perfect plan, right? Yes, unless the marine layer never goes anywhere and it's FREEZING all day!

But first the aquarium. Pretty cool, the kids enjoyed it.

Then we hung out in the main Legoland park for a while hoping the day would clear up. Here's my little man very seriously studying a map.
Claire asked to go on the Fairytale ride again even though she was apparently scared of it!
Finally we figured it was time to get wet or go home! This was an awesome Pirate Ship water feature in Legoland. This large bucket at the top would slowly fill, and every few minutes dump enormous amounts of water all over the whole playground. It was hilarious to watch!

The picture below is the best shot of the sky, I think. So lovely.

Oh my goodness, I wish you could feel the freezingness of this day. Cloudy, windy, and just SO COLD. Finally we just went home. Ridiculous.
